It is not always convenient to take time away from work or family to make a long trip to pick up a puppy and then drive back home. For this reason, we have several very responsible carriers we use who will fly your puppy as carry-on and deliver him/her to you in person at your nearest major airport. This is the least stressful means of transporting your puppy (if you do not live within reasonable driving distance) because it takes the least amount of time, they are constantly in the care of one of our carriers, and they get to ride in luxury in a temperature controlled cabin with all the other passengers. Our puppies can be flown with our carriers any time of the year (they must be at least 8 wks of age). The cost for this service is generally $350 in the lower 48 states.
At times, we sell older French Bulldogs. Once he or she approaches 20 lbs they generally can not fly as carry-on and must be flown as cargo. However, the airlines will not fly a French Bulldog as cargo if the temperature exceeds 75 degrees F, which means Frenchies can not be flown as cargo during the summer months, as this would pose a health risk for the French Bulldog breed due to their flat face and inability to breathe as efficiently in hot weather as non flat-faced breeds. If flown as cargo, the fee is generally around $350, which includes a health certificate and a kennel.
